Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups durian puree

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and durian puree.
4. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly browned.
